His management expertise have been utilized by Traver Technologies, Brittan Communications International, Management Science Associates, Computalog USA, Inc. and Houcor, Inc.. Mr. Evans earned his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina in Business Quantitative Methods, his MBA in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Mr. Evans has been awarded patents for his work in automated voice systems. Mr. Evans also designed and implemented one of the most advanced Billing and Office Service Software programs in the Telecommunications Industry
